Terms of Use

These are the ground rules for using this site. The short version: browse freely, be reasonable, and don’t pass my work off as yours. The longer version below exists because the short version, apparently, is not legally binding enough on its own.

1. Using This Site

You’re welcome to browse, read, share links, and quote small excerpts with credit — that’s what the site is for. Don’t scrape the site wholesale, overload it with automated traffic, or use it for anything unlawful. That’s genuinely the whole list.

Automated access is a different story. Bots that hammer the server, scrapers that clone pages for republishing, and tools that harvest content for training or resale aren’t welcome here — and may be blocked without notice.

2. Intellectual Property

The design, copy, and case studies on this site belong to me or to the clients who commissioned the work. Take inspiration freely — that’s how the industry works — but don’t take the files, the copy, or the layouts themselves. Reusing anything beyond a fair-use quote requires written permission.

Client work shown in the case studies remains the property of those clients and appears here with their permission. Trademarks, product names, and logos mentioned anywhere on this site belong to their respective owners.

3. No Warranties

Everything here is provided as-is. I keep things accurate and current, but content can change or disappear without notice, and I can’t promise the site will always be online, error-free, or flawless. It’s a portfolio, not an SLA.

Case studies describe what happened for specific clients under specific conditions. They’re a record of real work, not a promise that your project will land the same numbers — anyone guaranteeing results in this business is selling something else.

4. Liability and Changes

I’m not liable for damages that come from using this site or acting on anything it says — decisions you make with your brand remain your decisions. These terms may change as the site evolves; the current version is always the one on this page.

External links point to sites this one doesn’t control; what happens there is between you and them. And where liability can’t legally be excluded, nothing in these terms tries to.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the site owner’s home jurisdiction. Any disputes get resolved there — though in practice, a short email sorts out almost everything faster than a courtroom.

If any single clause of these terms turns out to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest carry on unaffected. One weak brick doesn’t collapse the wall.

6. Contact

Questions about these terms, or a use case that isn’t covered here? Ask before assuming — the contact form goes straight to a human, and unusual requests get actual consideration.

If these terms change in a way that matters, the change will be visible, not buried. Whatever is published on this page is the version in force.

Your brand won’t fix itself. Fifteen minutes will tell us both if I can.
