This policy explains what data this site collects, why it collects it, and what happens to it afterwards. The short version: as little as possible, for as short a time as possible, and never for resale. The contact form collects your name, your email address, and whatever you choose to write in your message. That’s the only place on this site where you actively hand over personal data, and it happens on your initiative — nothing is collected quietly in the background while you browse.
Beyond the form, the site’s analytics record anonymous usage data — pages visited, rough region, device type. None of it is tied to your name, none of it follows you to other websites, and none of it is ever combined with the contact-form data.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your details are used for exactly one thing: replying to you. Your message lands in a normal inbox, gets read by a human, and gets answered the same way. You won’t be added to a newsletter you didn’t ask for, and your address won’t be fed into a marketing tool because a checkbox was pre-ticked somewhere.
If that ever changes — a newsletter, a CRM, anything that touches your data — this policy changes first, loudly, before the feature ships. No silent updates with a backdated timestamp.
3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
This site uses privacy-friendly analytics to see which pages get read and which get ignored. The numbers are anonymised and aggregate-only — enough to know that a case study is popular, never enough to know that you read it twice on a Tuesday.

4. Data Security
Messages are stored securely and deleted once they’re no longer needed — there’s no archive of old conversations sitting around waiting to leak. Nothing is retained for a rainy day, because the rainy-day archive is exactly what goes wrong.
Everything travels over HTTPS, and access to the inbox is limited to exactly one person. A small attack surface is the cheapest security measure there is.
5. Your Rights
You can ask what data exists about you, request a copy of it, or ask for it to be deleted — the contact form works for all three. No verification maze, no thirty-day stalling tactic dressed up as due diligence.
Deletion means deletion: the message, the reply thread, and any notes that came with it. If something must be kept for legal reasons, you’ll be told what and why.
